    I tried out keeping my rigging and climbing lines in rope bags, up in the tree with me - game changer. The ropes don't get tangled up anymore on the ground in the brush. I was able to work all afternoon lowering / chucking down branches, pulling my rigging line back up and stowing it after every branch. The biggest problem after was working my way out of the massive pile, once I got back on the ground

    • @metaspencer
      @metaspencer 6 днів тому

      You can set the system up that way, with each thermostat calling for water off the heated loop. But we have just kept it simple: each radiator is either off or on, no thermostats. works great in our home

    • @EricPurington
      @EricPurington 6 днів тому

    • @metaspencer
      @metaspencer 6 днів тому

    • @metaspencer
      @metaspencer 7 днів тому

      yeah that mini brings the power for sure -- so nice to move that amount of material so quickly. As for that first bid (the super rotten maple) I thought long and hard about it and devised a way that I think I'll be able to get it down. So I bid the job and they accepted the offer. I bought one extra rope I'll need for the job and I will likely post a vid about it before too long. sketchy, but I think it'll work out. With that said, though, I DO turn away jobs every few weeks.
